About Me

Born and raised in Winona, MN, since my childhood days the tone was set for my spirit guides, angels, and Ascended Masters to channel through me their high vibration and words of encouragement to those in need of that little spark of inspiration.

I kept hearing Their voices call to me to do energy healing, and as the voices became stronger and more urgent in Their persistence of me, I could no longer deny them. I was told I would be guided to the right people at the right time on my unfolding path, if I had the courage to follow the path less traveled.

In my free time you'll find me experimenting in my kitchen with new recipes, then devouring them while watching a warm and cozy Hallmark movie. I also love creative writing, decorating, and taking classes in metaphysics. At the end of the day, I'm a "Punky Brewster" type personality that can't sit still for very long, so cleaning and learning more about the metaphysical world take up a majority of my time.

Maybe someday you and I will meet while walking the lake path, you’ll find me leaning against the Mighty Majestic Trees in nature for their ancient wisdom and soul healing.
